How do I place an order for a piece of jewellery?
In the SHOP, click on the image you like, make sure you are happy with all the details and add it to the cart. If you have questions regarding a product or you experience issues while shopping online, please contact me and I will get back to you shortly.
Delivery fees?
Deliveries in the UK - from £2.50 for jewellery and from £5.00 for artwork.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
PayPal, Card payment, Bank transfer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Most of my customers are UK residents however I do, occasionally, organise delivery to Europe or other destinations around the world.
For international deliveries please check the postal charges (link below) and, if you are happy with the fees, email or call me to place the order and discuss delivery options.
Please note an extra fee might be added to cover insurance during transport, especially if the order exceeds £25.

Can I order a custom made piece of jewellery?
Yes. Please have a look at the items in the shop and gallery first; do not hesitate to call me if you prefer something similar, perhaps with a minor alteration to a necklace, or a pair of earrings to match a bracelet you like, or a different design - to suit your taste. Bear in mind it might take a couple of weeks to source the materials, in case I don’t have them in stock, however the waiting is worthwhile: I will create a unique piece of jewellery, especially for you.
Can I order a custom made painting or a portrait?
Yes, you are welcome. Please have a look at the paintings in the artwork gallery and contact me to discuss your ideas and requirements.
Portraits can be easily commissioned by sending me two or three photographs with very good resolution (paper or digital).
Depending on the medium and size of the artwork, a painting can take between three and ten days to be completed.
Is there a deposit necessary for custom orders?
Yes. Custom orders for paintings, jewellery (or other artwork) will be confirmed once all the details are agreed (product specifications, deadline, delivery, cost) and a deposit is paid.
That is between 30%-50% of the total price.
Do I have to collect the artwork from your studio?
Ideally, a painting – especially a large canvas, should be collected from the studio; the transport risks are much lower and you also have the opportunity to meet the artist! (Click here to see my studio's location).
As this is not always the easiest option, delivery to any destination in the UK, or international, can be arranged.

Do you allow returns for jewellery / paintings?
Jewellery: Yes, the item should be in good condition / not used; please let me know if there is a problem within 7 days (from the delivery date) and we'll discuss the options: exchange, refund, voucher.
Note: The return postage is the buyer's responsibility.
No returns accepted for paintings, custom orders or items purchased at a discounted price (unless the item is faulty).
